Zinnait Negret

Zinnait Negret enrolled in the Medical Assisting program at Milan Institute in Merced, aiming to earn her Medical Assistant certification and explore opportunities in the medical field. She describes her experience at Milan as absolutely fantastic and credits the supportive environment for helping her succeed.

While in the program, Zinnait faced the challenge of balancing school with her child’s schedule. When she realized she couldn’t drop her baby off at school before class, she found a solution by enrolling him in a before-school program, allowing her to stay on track and continue her education.

Today, Zinnait works at Randy Grossman and Associates, where she gains valuable experience in a clinical setting and continues developing her skills as a Medical Assistant. She values hands-on experience that helps her grow professionally and confirms her passion for healthcare.

Her advice to future students is encouraging and reassuring: “Don’t give up—the instructors and staff will work with you any way they can.”
