Siena Britto – Nail Technician Graduate, Las Vegas

Siena Britto decided to go back to school because she wanted a career that truly made her happy. After feeling unfulfilled working in fast food and corporate-style jobs, she chose the Nail Technician program at Milan Institute in Las Vegas to pursue something creative and meaningful.

Siena describes her experience at Milan as amazing. She loved meeting new people, creating lasting memories, and being exposed to opportunities and techniques she didn’t even know existed. While attending school, she was also working late overnight shifts, which made balancing work and school challenging. Despite the exhaustion, she pushed through—and eventually secured a job at a nail salon, earned her license, and left her fast-food job behind.

Today, Siena works at Nevada Nails and Spa in Las Vegas and continues growing her skills in the industry. Her favorite memory from Milan was her very first day, marking the start of a journey she’s proud of.

Looking ahead, Siena hopes to take her career as far as opening her own salon one day. Her advice to future students is encouraging and real: “Enjoy the process, put effort into your craft, and support one another—we’re not enemies.”
