On Saturday, November 2, the Milan Institute Amarillo team hosted an exciting in-person team-building event that brought together 24 staff members from various departments for an afternoon of connection, collaboration, and camaraderie.
The four-hour event was designed to enhance team dynamics, improve communication, and encourage problem-solving in an engaging and interactive environment. Participants enjoyed a variety of activities, including lively games, a blindfolded obstacle course challenge, and an awards ceremony to celebrate outstanding efforts. The event also featured delicious baked potatoes, ensuring everyone was well-fueled for the fun.
“The energy was incredible, and it was truly a blast,” said director Tori Palmer. “The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Many participants shared how much they enjoyed the event and appreciated the opportunity to strengthen relationships with their colleagues.”
