Alexis Lea – Dental Assistant Graduate, Amarillo

Alexis Lea decided to enroll in the Dental Assistant program at Milan Institute in Amarillo because she wanted a real, long-term career. She describes her experience as quick, easy, and fun, making the learning process both enjoyable and rewarding.

One of Alexis’s favorite parts of the program was spending time in the lab with her classmates, where hands-on practice helped reinforce skills and build confidence. That experience prepared her for the next step in her career.

Today, Alexis works at Oneida Dental in Amarillo and is focused on continuing her growth in the dental field. Looking ahead, her goal is to further her education and become a dental hygienist.

Her advice to future students is simple and encouraging: “Keep pushing forward and don’t give up.”
