Julian Padilla

Julian Padilla decided to return to school with a clear goal: to become licensed and build a solid career in the barbering industry. Enrolling in the Barbering program at Milan Institute gave him the hands-on training and confidence he needed to succeed in the field.

During the program, Julian learned valuable skills, grew his confidence, and felt well-prepared for life after graduation. The experience helped him develop both the technical ability and work ethic required to thrive as a professional barber.

Today, Julian is employed at Goldstar Barbershop in Visalia, California, where he continues to sharpen his skills and grow within the industry. He credits his education with helping him feel ready to step into a professional barbershop environment.

His advice to current students and alumni is straightforward: “Work hard—your effort and dedication will always pay off.”
