The new Milan Perks loyalty rewards program is currently being rolled out across all 13 Milan Institute and Milan Institute of Cosmetology campus locations. Deniece Rivera, Chief Strategy Officer for Milan Institute/Milan Institute of Cosmetology, announced the program, saying “I’m thrilled to introduce these new promotions, which will undoubtedly contribute to the success and growth of our salon services and students. This initiative keeps our salons and spas busy with appointments, providing our students with abundant hands-on training and skill development.”
Our goal was to introduce a loyalty program that our students were excited about, so we surveyed students across all 13 Milan Institute and Milan Institute of Cosmetology campuses. Students told us they wanted a program that would reward clients for their loyalty and frequency of service. With a mission to reward our most loyal clients, the Milan Perks program was born.

Earning points is easy! Clients receive 1 point for every $1 dollar they spend on Milan Institute Student Spa and Salon services.
Are There Any Other Ways to Earn Points?
Absolutely! The Milan Perks program also includes two more promotions to further reward clients.
- Clients will earn 50 points for re-booking their next appointment during any visit.
- For a limited time only, clients will receive 50 points for booking their appointments online.
What Services Qualify for Milan Perks?
Every service offered at Milan Institute’s Student Salons and Spas is eligible for points. You will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on any Milan Student Salon and Spa service.
