Milan Institute of Cosmetology Gives Back with Free Haircuts in Vacaville!
Milan Institute of Cosmetology is giving back to Vacaville with free haircuts for all ages! Mark your calendar for Thursday, July 3rd. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Nut Tree Plaza, under the canopy across from the carousel. Look for us near Kiki’s and Fenton’s.
Enjoy a fresh summer haircut in Vacaville, or add some sparkle with hair tinsel. Our talented students, supervised by licensed professionals, will provide friendly and professional service. Everyone is welcome—kids, teens, and adults can all get a complimentary haircut.
